From the Met Gala to the Cannes Film Festival , gowns with varying degrees of plumage have been mainstays at premieres and A-list events around the world. And thanks to Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who was recently photographed in a beautiful panelled Mohieb Dahabieh number that we would classify as a 'level two' feathered dress (not too bold, versatile, elegant), feathers are clearly au courant again. So, naturally, that lead to us to wonder: what exactly would a 'level 10' feathered dress look like? In order to answer the question, we uncovered some of our favourite feathered dresses in recent times to determine exactly what would constitute a 'level 10'. Curious? Scroll on for the answer.
